We are currently in the process of securing sites in need of thoughtful planning. We will undertake challenging projects with complex planning issues, or failed and unfinished projects.
Our philosophy is to deliver relevant schemes, by taking time to create the appropriate use of a site, working with our expert partners and local planning authorities.
We are not averse to taking a calculated risk on the purchase of a site, but we will only work within the planning guidelines of the appropriate local authority. |
